Walker {1 Month}

I really can't believe that it's already been one month.  The older I get, the quicker life goes by!  It seems like this time around with baby #2, I'm more relaxed.  I know that Walker isn't going to be scared for life from crying.

9.5 lbs

21 inches

You're eating 4 oz every 3 hours during the day

Going to bed around 9 pm and sleeping until 3 am; that has been made a huge difference for me.  I had no idea 6 hours of straight sleep could feel so good!  No sleep schedule throughout the day, just napping off and on.

Diaper Size
Size 1

Clothing Size
0-3 months

Hair Color
Dark brown in the back

Eye Color
Dark Blue, sometimes they look dark grey

He loves you to death! It's taken him a little longer than I expected to adjust to not being the center of attention anymore, but he loves to show Walker off to all his friends at school.  Whenever Walker starts crying, he runs for the paci.  Connor's become a huge help and enjoys being a big brother!
Random Facts
You started taking acid reflux medicine because you had a couple of choking episodes that scared me to death.  In addition to the medicine, you are now sleeping in your carseat to avoid any episodes at night (just like your brother did).  You like sitting in your swing when its off, not so much a fan of it swinging.  Also, you are in LOVE with fans.  Everywhere we go you are searching for the fan!

Trip to the Zoo

This past weekend we decided to activate our zoo membership that my dad and Meg got us for Christmas.  Everyone had a little cabin fever and fresh air is exactly what we needed.  I thought going first thing Sunday morning would be the best bet, apparently everyone else in Memphis had to same idea!

Sting Ray Bay

This is what Walker did the entire time

I can't get over how grown up he looks these days

I think Connor was most excited about the playground.  It was a good place for him to run off his extra energy.

My New View

The weather has been nice so I decided to be brave and venture down the street with the boys.  I haven't quite mastered taking them both out yet, but I'll get there!

Easter 2013

Easter was our first holiday as a family of 4!  We had planned to go to Gigi's but she ended up getting the stomach bug (we stayed far away from her house).  The morning started off low key, Connor and I baked blueberry muffins for breakfast.

Brotherly love

This is right before Connor's big melt down about having to take a family picture...which we didn't end up getting!

My dad and Meg arrived Easter afternoon for the week.  They drove in from Denver to help out with Connor and household chores for the week since Matt was heading back to work.  It was a huge help having them there to entertain Connor and show him extra attention.  It was also nice not having to think about or cook dinner.

We rescheduled Easter at Gigi's for the following Sunday

Annual Easter egg hunt

Big Daddy relaxing

First official family of 4 picture!

Gigi and Big Daddy took Connor to Shelby Farms for the Easter egg hunt

The egg hunt lasted 90 seconds and Connor said he didn't want to go back because he didn't get very many eggs.

Thank goodness Gigi and Big Daddy were there to show Connor some extra love!  It's definitely been a bigger adjustment with Connor than I had expected.  Slowly but surely we are starting to get into a new routine.
